The washing instructions on my new cotton sweater say to wash it in warm water on the gentle cycle. However, everything else in my wardrobe is supposed to be washed in cold water. Will my sweater be damaged if it's washed in cold water?
No, Cotton shrinks, I would not wash this in warm water. I would defiantly wash this in cold water gentle cycle with woolite and make sure you use a fabric softener to soften your sweater. It should come out pretty nice.
So I bought a black RL PC Sweater and don't have any instructions on how to clean it. Can you machine wash?....Does it need dry cleaning only?-This thing cost like $100 so I don't want to ruin it.
