Hard Hat Shade
This is a great product. I work outside on a construction project in South Florida and the sun is brutal. The Hard Hat Shade is like having someone following you around holding a umbrella over your head. I wouldn't be without it. -
SunShades are Great but it's Still Hot Outside!
This is a solidly built shade with no real problems except it does not come in any other color variation than white. Desert Tan camo or any other camo would help immensely as would any other light colors.
it is a white TCU cotton flat brim hat with some mud and dirt on it. i put some spray and wash on it then put it in the laundry machine and some of the stains came out but not all of them... anyone have any suggestions on how to get it all out?
Make sure you are using cold water, as hot water will set a stain. Oxy-Clean usually does a good job of removing stains. Make sure to really rub it into the stain and let it sit for at least 10 minutes before washing it.
I have a white 5950 baseball cap i got for christmas and its a size too big and they lost the receipt i LOVE the hat and I'm tired of watching is sit in my room. I've seen directions on how to shrink cotton hats but none of the answers said that...
Believe it or not a baseball cap can be altered. Simply take the cap in on the back of the cap. If you don't sew, maybe you know someone who does.
There is no other way to shrink the cap other than with sewing.
