Hard Hat Shade
This is a great product. I work outside on a construction project in South Florida and the sun is brutal. The Hard Hat Shade is like having someone following you around holding a umbrella over your head. I wouldn't be without it. -
SunShades are Great but it's Still Hot Outside!
This is a solidly built shade with no real problems except it does not come in any other color variation than white. Desert Tan camo or any other camo would help immensely as would any other light colors.

Hats - flamboyant and conservative, garish and elegant, understated and pretentious - are the focus of a unique exhibit at the Luzerne County Historical Society on display through the middle of this month.
"Mad About Hats," as the exhibit is dubbed, draws its inspiration from the eclectic collection of headwear and adornments bequeathed to the historical society by numerous donors over the past 150-plus years of the society's existence.
It is both a celebration of style - from gaily dyed ostrich plumes, ornate tortoise shell combs and lethal looking hat pins - to a statement in practicality, from a tiny beaded infant's cap to a brightly-colored woman's bathing cap.
Fifty-three pieces of headwear comprise the exhibit. The millinery represents only a fraction of the society's total textiles collection, but the collection is unique because, until now, there's never been anything like it.
Museum curator Mary Ruth Burke, and Sandra Skies Ludwig, volunteer and guest curator for the Mad About Hats exhibit, got the idea for the display while a project was under way to photograph and catalogue the society's textile collection to a computerized textiles' database. The project was being done by Pennsylvania Conservation Corps representatives working with Anthracite Heritage Museum volunteers, but as the curators began uncovering headwear stored in muslin bags and boxes in the society's formidable storage room, the concept of an exhibit dedicated exclusively to the society's hat collection began to germinate.
