I bought my first one of these shirts a couple years ago, and they've since become the bulk of my work wardrobe. They fit well, they look good, and they never need ironing.

Winterize Yourself: Stay warm and fashionable this winter
Mother nature must be mad at us.
After several months of unnaturally warm winter weather, the temperature has plummeted and snow is piling up throughout the city.
Whether you're a fan of the fluffy powder or planning on going into hibernation until it's all over, we want to make sure you're well prepared to battle the cold.
WATERPROOF BOOTS
Make sure to dress yourself adequately for the weather. Try walking a couple blocks through the wet snow in your shredded sneakers and you will realize the importance of this very quickly. Get yourself some waterproof boots with traction—to prevent an embarrassing tumble onto the sidewalk.
A great option is made by alternative-brand Palladium. The "Baggy Leather Knit" boots will keep you warm, dry and ahead of the footwear trends—all at the same time. These unisex, black patent leather boots are ready for the cold with knitting sweater lining, and the rubberized outside flicks away the wet snow with ease.
boyish chic: Summer dress, winterized.
I got this dress while I was in San Diego last July. The pastel/cotton candy colored stripes remind me of summertime & carnivals. It brings some sunshine to this winter, so even though it's sleeveless, I still wanted to be able to wear it & put a different spin on it. So I decided to wear it with a comfy sweater, these merlot tights & cozy boots. The sweater & boots make this feminine dress & braided updo a bit more boyish, which balances the outfit out for me.
