Think it is cotton/lace. May have rayon in it. Dress is lined too - we think the lining may be nylon.
very tricky!! try to find a dye remover at the store, but read the box carefully; sometimes fabric blends are hard to deal with when trying to remove the dye; but DO NOT bleach it!! a dye remover is best..if all else fails, call a local dry cleaner just to get their opinion...
