OK I found this dress at Macy's. It's navy blue cotton with bright floral embroidery on the neckline. The brand is Roxy. They didn't have my size at all the macy's (stores) I looked at. Has anyone seen it anywhere else (online, in stores, etc.)...

Since the 1970s, Carousel Smockers has provided a place in Burlington for local women to share their enthusiasm for needlework.
Margaret Hughes of Haw River has been a member of the group for several years. Hughes said she’s been able to learn more about smocking since she joined. She’s even designed and created dresses using smocking for her daughter, Laura, 8.
“I have the first piece I ever made for my sister when I was 12,” Hughes said. “Now, I do it for my children.”
Smocking is a form of needlework that consists of surface embroidery stitches worked over gathered fabric, according to the Smocking Arts Guild of America (SAGA). Carousel Smockers officially joined SAGA on March 23, 1987. There are about 15 members in Carousel Smockers who meet every third Monday at Front Street United Methodist Church in Burlington.
